Policies

Cancellation:

If you need to change an appointment, please ensure you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment begins, to avoid a $30 rebooking fee added to your next service.

Punctuality:

If you are running late, please let me know via text. If more then 15 mins has passed when you arrive, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment.

You are welcome to arrive early for your appointment, and sit outside enjoying the park to begin your appointment in a relaxing way.

Service Redo:

If you are having challenges with your hair after an appointment with me, please let me know within 7 days so I can adjust it for you.

Retail Refund:

I will only recommend retail products that I am confident in, therefore I have high expectations for their effectiveness and success in your hair.

If you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, please let me know! I might ask you for details as to how you’ve used it and ask you to adjust for success, but if it’s still not right, then please return it within 30 days of purchase, and you can exchange it, or credit your account.

If you are unwell:

Please let me know as soon as you can so we can reschedule your appointment. Thank you for keeping me and my family well by not attending the salon while you are sick.
